Role Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to act as the execution engine for partner onboarding, adoption campaigns, and strategic initiatives. This role blends marketing operations, project management, and growth strategy, ensuring that our NBFC/MFI-focused initiatives are delivered with speed, structure, and impact.
You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to design scalable processes, track performance, and unlock new growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Ownership
Lead planning and execution of business-critical initiatives such as partner onboarding, adoption campaigns, and growth pilots.
Ensure projects move from idea to execution with clear timelines and accountability.
- Cross-Functional Execution
Coordinate across sales, marketing, product, and operations to deliver seamless execution.
Act as the central link between field teams, partners, and leadership.
- Process Design & Optimization
Build scalable workflows for activation, retention, and partner enablement.
Create structured playbooks, SOPs, and toolkits for NBFC field teams.
- Tracking & Reporting
Own dashboards and trackers for leads, activations, adoption %, and retention.
Drive daily/weekly business reviews with leadership, highlighting risks and opportunities.
- Growth Initiatives
Support NBFC adoption with collaterals, training kits, and co-branded campaigns.
Identify bottlenecks in adoption and design initiatives to close them.
- Strategic Support
Work directly with leadership on high-priority projects.
Recommend process improvements and execute strategic initiatives that accelerate growth.
What We're Looking For
3–6 years' experience in growth operations, marketing operations, or business operations.
Strong with Excel/Google Sheets, dashboards, CRM tools (Zoho/HubSpot/Salesforce).
Exposure to fintech, NBFC/MFI, or partner-led ecosystems is a strong plus.
Excellent project management and communication skills; able to manage multiple stakeholders.
Execution-first mindset: thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
