Job Title:
Senior Backend Engineer / Senior Software Engineer

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled
Senior Backend Engineer
to join our dynamic team in building scalable and secure backend services in the
Insurance
domain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend services using

    , to build high-throughput, low-latency systems. Collaborate closely with product managers, frontend engineers, and DevOps teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Optimize system performance and scalability across high load platforms.
  • Ensure robust security, compliance, and fault-tolerance in all backend implementations.
  • Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and provide mentorship to junior engineers.

Required Qualifications:

  • 6 to 8 years of backend development experience

  • Proficiency in
