Requirement 1-

Back end developer Mid

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain backend microservices using Java and Spring Boot
  • Build and integrate APIs (both GraphQL and REST) for scalable service communication
  • Deploy and manage services on Google Cloud Platform (GKE)
  • Work with Google Cloud Spanner (Postgres dialect) and pub/sub tools like Confluent Kafka (or similar)
  • Automate CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Argo CD

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of backend development experience with Java and Spring Boot
  • 2+ years working with APIs (GraphQL and REST) in microservices architectures
  • 2+ years hands-on experience with GCP, AWS, or Azure
  • 2+ years working with pub/sub tools like Kafka or similar
  • 2+ years experience with databases (Postgres or similar)
  • 2+ years experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Argo CD, or similar)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes concepts; experience deploying services on GKE is a plus
  • Strong understanding of microservice best practices and distributed systems

Back end developer – Sr.

Job Title: Offshore Backend (Spring Boot, J2EE, Microservices, Cloud )

  1. Technical Skills

  2. Overall 6-8 years of professional experience

  3. Experience developing microservices and cloud native apps using Java/J2EE, REST APIs, Spring Core, Spring MVC Framework, Spring Boot Framework JPA (Java Persistence API) (Or any other ORM), Spring Security and similar tech stacks (Open source and proprietary)
  4. Experience working with Unit testing using framework such as Junit, Mockito, JBehave
  5. Build and deploy services using Gradle, Maven, Jenkins etc. as part of CI/CD process
  6. Experience working in Google Cloud Platform
  7. GCP knowledge is mandatory for offshore

  8. Experience with any Relational Database (Oracle, PostgreSQL etc.)

  9. Soft skills

  10. Designing, developing, and implementing custom software and database application capabilities with limited oversight

  11. Excellent communication skills – design-related conversations, ability to build and nurture good relationships and foster an environment for collaboration

  12. Acting as a member of the team supporting teammates and collaborating with a do what it takes attitude to ensure project and team success

  13. Responsibilities

  14. Be part of a team of engineers in developing elegant and high performant code

  15. Ensure quality practices – unit testing, code reviews / leading tests
  16. Optimize application for non-functional requirements
  17. Build and deploy components as part of CI/CD process
  18. Will be responsible for end-to-end application delivery including coordination with required teams for production deployment
  19. Continuously monitors application health and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), support triage of any production issues as and when needed
  20. Collaborate in troubleshooting complex data, features, service, platform issues and perform root cause analysis to proactively resolve product and operational issues
  21. Be an advocate of security best practices, champion and support the importance of security within engineering
