Roles and Responsibility

  • Supervise and train front desk staff to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient guest room assignments and issue resolution.
  • Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally and courteously.

  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Front Desk Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of front office operations, including reservation systems and guest relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Familiarity with hotel management software and technology.
