We are looking for a skilled Front Desk Manager to join our team at Shinjan Hotels, with 3-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
Roles and Responsibility
- Manage front desk operations, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes for guests.
- Supervise and train front desk staff to provide exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient guest room assignments and issue resolution.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally and courteously.
- Maintain accurate records of guest transactions and interactions.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of front office operations, including reservation systems and guest relationship management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Familiarity with hotel management software and technology.
