Job Duties:

  • Help load raw material (like metal rods) into the machine
  • Remove finished parts from the machine
  • Clean and check parts for any damage
  • Give tools or materials to the machine operator when needed
  • Keep the machine and work area clean and safe
  • Check machine oil and coolant levels
  • Pack and count finished parts
  • Follow safety rules at all times
  • Tell the operator or supervisor if there is any machine problem

Skills and Requirements:

  • 10th, diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Basic reading and number skills.
  • Able to follow simple instructions
  • Must be physically fit able to stand for long hours and lift materials
  • Must work carefully and safely
  • Previous factory or machine experience is helpful (not required)
