Role Overview: As an HR Executive – Operations & Finance, you will be responsible for handling daily HR operational tasks, supporting payroll and financial coordination, and maintaining employee records. You will also assist in policy implementation and ensure smooth functioning of HR and finance processes. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage employee onboarding, attendance, and HR documentation.
• Support payroll preparation and finance coordination with accounts team.
• Handle employee queries and maintain confidential HR records.
• Assist in vendor payments, reimbursements, and expense tracking.
• Prepare HR reports, maintain compliance records, and update MIS.
• Ensure smooth coordination between HR, Admin, and Finance teams.
• Support recruitment and other HR initiatives when required. Requirements:
• Qualification: Graduate or Postgraduate in HR, Commerce, or Business Administration.
• Experience: 2–3 years in HR operations or HR & finance coordination.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel, HR documentation, and payroll support.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail, confidentiality, and a positive attitude toward teamwork.
