Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Business Development Executive to spearhead growth initiatives in the construction sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction materials, services, and project cycles, and will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting


• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in residential, commercial, and infrastructure segments.


• Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients including contractors, architects, developers, and government agencies.

Client Relationship Management


• Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders.


• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand project requirements.

Sales Strategy & Execution


• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve targets.


• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and partners.

Market Intelligence


• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.


• Provide feedback to internal teams to refine offerings and stay competitive.

Collaboration & Reporting


• Work closely with project managers, estimators, and technical teams to align sales efforts.


• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management.

Desired Candidate Profile/Technical Skills/Competencies:


• Bachelors degree in Business, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.


• Proven track record in B2B sales or business development within the construction industry.


• Strong network of industry contacts is a plus.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.


• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
