Job Title: Sales Officer/Senior Sales Officer

Reports to : Area Sales Manager / Manager Sales

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets by meeting distributors, dealers, and farmers, understanding their needs, and offering solutions.
  • Ensure budgeted sales volumes and revenues as per company credit policies.
  • Conduct regular field visits for product promotion and market penetration.
  • Appoint and manage new distributors/sub-distributors, including KYC collection.
  • Take sales orders, coordinate timely delivery, and follow up on payments.
  • Develop new markets and increase secondary sales through dealers and sub-dealers.
  • Monitor focus products and track farm activities to drive business growth.
  • Coordinate collections within credit limits.

Desired Profile

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Aquaculture, or Marine Studies , B F.sc
  • 27 years of B2B & B2C sales experience in Aquaculture products.
  • Knowledge of Probiotics, Health care items, Minerals etc,.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Target-driven and self-motivated.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office.
