About The Opportunity
We are hiring an experienced Sitecore Developer with strong SXA expertise to join an on-site delivery team in India. You will own implementation of Sitecore Experience Accelerator (SXA) solutions, follow Helix best-practices, and collaborate closely with UX, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver enterprise-grade digital experiences.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Design, build and maintain Sitecore solutions using SXA and Sitecore XP following Helix and modular architecture patterns.
  • Develop reusable SXA components, rendering variants, partial designs, templates and placeholders for multi-site, multi-tenant setups.
  • Implement server-side C# ASP.NET MVC renderings and client-side integrations; manage serialization (Unicorn/TDS) and content deployments across CM/CD roles.
  • Integrate Sitecore with Solr search, xDB, analytics/personalization, external APIs, and third-party services; troubleshoot and optimise performance.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps/Jenkins), assist with deployments to Windows/IIS and cloud environments, and ensure code quality via unit tests and peer reviews.
  • Support production incidents, participate in upgrades/migration projects, and mentor junior developers on Sitecore/SXA best practices.

Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have

  • 3+ years of hands-on Sitecore development experience with demonstrable SXA implementations.
  • Strong C#/.NET skills, ASP.NET MVC, and practical application of Helix architecture.
  • Hands-on experience with SXA features: rendering variants, partial designs, tenant/site composition, and SXA pipelines.
  • Experience with Solr/xDB, serialization tools (Unicorn or TDS), and Sitecore versions 9.x/10.x/11.x.
  • Familiarity with Azure or equivalent cloud hosting, IIS, SQL Server, Git, and CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps/Jenkins).
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills for on-site teamwork and client-facing delivery.

Preferred

  • Sitecore Developer or SXA certification.
  • Experience with Content Hub, Sitecore upgrades/migrations, and enterprise-scale implementations.
  • Front-end skills: responsive HTML/CSS, JavaScript frameworks, accessibility and performance optimisation.
