Job Description Summary

This role is responsible for management of entire property management portfolio for the client Brookfield Properties – Bluegrass Business Park, Pune. Person should be able to manage technical, soft services, fire & safety and security domain effectively

Job Description

About the Role:

  • Complete knowledge of property management, tenant management, coordination with Brookfield ops and project teams
  • OPEX/CAPEX budgeting, coordination with tenant's facility team for day-to-day operations
  • Must have background of utilities management (like Power distribution (HT & LT systems), DG sets, chillers, low-side HVAC system, STP&WTP, diesel yard, elevators, firefighting equipment, waste management system etc), soft service management of entire property, physical as well as logical security e.g. access control, CCTV and Building management system etc
  • Strong in compliance management, recovery of utilities from client end, liaising with statutory bodies like MSEDCL, MPCB, PMC etc, basic knowledge of civil infrastructure would be an added advantage
  • Proficiency in MMR/QMR, good in presentation skills to the senior management, should be able to manage the team size of 10 to 15 resources

About You:

  • Engineering background (preferably BE in Electrical engineering) with prior experience of 8 to 10 years in property domain
  • Preferably looking for an immediate to 15 days joining of the candidate
  • Experience of handover/takeover of the property from project management team
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • High attention to detail and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, independently able to manage the site with zero escalation from client side
