Now, we need a sales hustler who knows the real estate game inside out — and can take our immersive solutions to market.

Your Mission (your superpower)

Be the one who gets AltCore into the rooms where real estate deals happen.
You'll identify opportunities, pitch our immersive solutions, and close deals that help developers sell properties before they're even built.

Your Role in the Story

As our Sales Manager – Real Estate, you will:

- Build strong relationships with developers, brokers, architects & property marketers.
- Identify sales opportunities and craft winning pitches for altcore's immersive tools.
- Translate complex tech into simple, compelling business value (faster sales, higher trust, premium positioning).
- Drive the full sales cycle — prospecting, pitching, closing, and growing accounts.
- Collaborate with the creative and tech teams to tailor solutions for clients.
- Represent altcore at real estate events, expos, and client showcases.

What We're Looking For

3–5 years in real estate sales, proptech, or related sectors (architectural visualization, property marketing, interiors, etc.).

- Proven record of closing deals with developers/brokers.
- Comfort with explaining tech solutions to non-tech clients.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and client relationship skills.
- Startup mindset — self-driven, adaptable, and hungry.
