Role Summary:
As a Marketing Executive, you'll execute strategic marketing initiatives to amplify our brand presence, drive lead generation, and support client retention. Your role is pivotal in coordinating campaigns, managing social media channels, executing event strategies, and overseeing partner collaborations to ensure measurable marketing outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Coordination & Execution
Execute and monitor email outreach campaigns using , tracking engagement metrics and managing follow-ups.
Maintain meticulous campaign records, ensuring accurate lead tagging, status updates, and CRM management.
Event Management & Support
Research, identify, and manage a calendar of relevant industry events, webinars, and summits.
- Provide logistical and on-ground support during events, ensuring smooth execution and effective lead capture.
Execute detailed post-event follow-up strategies, coordinating with Content & Copy Specialist for personalized outreach.
Social Media Management
Manage daily posting, cross-platform scheduling, and engagement activities on LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook.
Regularly analyze social media performance, compile insightful reports, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Partner Marketing Operations
Coordinate marketing activities with strategic partners, facilitating smooth collaboration and timely content delivery.
Track partner pipeline, manage co-marketing initiatives, and ensure alignment with mutual business objectives.
Client Retention & CRM Management
Maintain a comprehensive database of clients, tracking renewal cycles, upsell opportunities, and retention activities.
Support execution of client retention initiatives, including targeted newsletters, renewal campaigns, and re-engagement efforts.
Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
Regularly track and report on campaign metrics, event outcomes, and social media analytics.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on performance data to improve future marketing initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in campaign management, or digital marketing within a B2B environment, preferably IT services.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools such as , CRM systems, and social media management platforms.
- Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics, LinkedIn analytics, and performance reporting frameworks.
