We are building a mobile-first web application as a Progressive Web App (PWA) with , wrapped in Capacitor to deploy across iOS and Android. We're looking for a frontend developer with strong experience who understands both modern web app performance and mobile app packaging.

You'll help deliver a PWA that feels like a native mobile app — including offline capabilities, push notifications, and mobile device integrations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain mobile-first UIs with , React, and TypeScript.
  • Implement PWA features (service workers, caching strategies, offline support, web app manifest).
  • Work with Capacitor to wrap the PWA for iOS/Android, including debugging on mobile devices.
  • Integrate native device APIs (push notifications, camera, geolocation, file system, etc.) via Capacitor plugins.
  • Optimize for mobile performance (Lighthouse scores, bundle size, caching).
  • Collaborate with backend/API teams to consume REST/GraphQL endpoints.
  • Ensure smooth deployment to App Store / Google Play with CI/CD support.
  • Conduct code reviews and maintain clean, testable code.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of frontend development experience.
  • Strong skills in , React, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
  • Experience building Progressive Web Apps with offline support.
  • Hands-on experience with Capacitor (or Cordova/Ionic) for mobile app packaging.
  • Familiarity with native mobile build tools (Xcode, Android Studio, Gradle, etc.).
  • Strong grasp of responsive design and mobile-first best practices.
  • Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD workflows.

Nice to Have

  • Experience publishing apps to App Store and Google Play.
  • Familiarity with Capacitor plugins or creating custom plugins.
  • Background in mobile UX/UI design principles.
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
  • Previous work on hybrid apps or cross-platform mobile projects.
