RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Ensure smooth delivery of coding operations across specialties, maintaining compliance with client SLAs and industry standards.
  • Maintain high-quality coding standards and compliance with ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and payer-specific guidelines
  • Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing coding team with strong engagement and minimal attrition
  • Serve as the primary operations point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction and confidence in delivery
  • Drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and support business growth in coding services
  • Implement process improvements, technology adoption, and automation in coding workflows.

COMPETENCIES / SKILL SET :
