We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate to join our ESG - Global Capability Center team, with 1-3 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Develop and implement effective Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategies to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate environmental risks.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of ESG performance metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee knowledge on ESG principles.
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to promote ESG initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on ESG progress, providing recommendations for improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Strong understanding of ESG principles and their application in business operations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong time management skills.
  • Proficiency in ESG reporting frameworks and tools, with experience in developing comprehensive reports.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to drive business growth through ESG initiatives.
