United Techno is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's strategic goals.

- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding new employees.

- Support employee development through training programs, performance evaluations, and career planning.

- Address employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues and conflicts.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of changes in legislation.

- Conduct employee engagement surveys and analyze results to improve workplace morale.

- Collaborate with management to create and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives.

- Prepare and maintain HR metrics and reports to inform strategic decision-making.
