Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, plan, and execute multiple residential and layout development projects from inception to completion.
  • Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, BOQs, and material requirements.
  • Supervise daily site activities, ensuring adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Manage contractors, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure timely progress and material delivery.
  • Oversee structural, finishing, and MEP works for quality assurance and technical accuracy.
  • Coordinate with architects, consultants, and clients to maintain smooth communication and approvals.

  • Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance including:

  • RERA Registration & Compliance

  • Building Plan Sanction & Approval
  • Environmental, Fire & Water NOCs
  • Layout & Plot Approval

  • Clubhouse and Common Amenities Approvals

  • Implement safety protocols, environmental regulations, and site risk management procedures.

  • Prepare and submit project progress reports to management and clients.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum 20 years of experience in civil construction or real estate projects.
  • Proven track record in plot development, apartment, and villa projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and modern project management practices.
  • Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple teams and large-scale residential projects independently.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project / Primavera, and other project management tools preferred.
