We are looking for energetic and motivated candidates who are passionate about building a career in real estate sales. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients, promoting residential & Commercial properties, and contributing to the company's growth through successful deal closures. This role involves both office and field work including client calls, meetings, and property site visits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain available property options.
  • Schedule and coordinate site visits for prospective buyers.
  • Conduct site visits and assist clients in understanding the property offerings.
  • Support in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Assist senior sales staff in negotiations and deal closures.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with clients.
  • Maintain proper follow-up with leads and clients via calls, messages, or emails.
  • Keep records updated in CRM systems or sales reports.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills.
  • Be comfortable with regular fieldwork (site visits, local travel).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 year of experience in sales or customer service.
  • MBA in Marketing is a must.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn sales processes and real estate industry knowledge.
  • Comfortable with fieldwork and travel for site visits.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to grow in the real estate sector
