We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented professional to oversee our accounting, operations, and inventory management functions. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring financial accuracy, efficient operational processes, and robust inventory control. This role requires a balance of analytical thinking, operational expertise, accounting and strong communication skills.

About the Role

We are seeking an organized and detail-focused Warehouse Operations Supervisor to oversee the efficient handling of our warehouse operations. This role is essential to maintain inventory accuracy, ensure smooth packaging and shipping operations, and uphold quality in storage and handling processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management

  • Check and verify stock levels regularly to ensure accuracy between physical inventory and records.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and handling of cosmetic supplies to prevent damage or spoilage.
  • Organize stock systematically for easy retrieval and efficient use of warehouse space.

Order Processing, Packaging & Shipping Operations

  • Order management and ensuring product availability for orders and notify the procurement team of non-availability of any products for a respective order.
  • Manage the packaging team and oversee smooth packaging processes to meet order fulfillment standards.
  • Manage shipping operations ensuring orders are dispatched on time. Identify return shipments and handling.

Billing & Record-Keeping

  • Check and verify billing statements from shipping and courier partners for accuracy.
  • Recording of purchase receives & bills.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in commerce or relevant experience in Warehouse Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related fields.
  • Proficient with operating computer, accounting software and email.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities. Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. (Good to have)
