Role Overview

We're looking for a Design Manager to lead the web design team and create seamless, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences. The role involves managing a team of designers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining high standards of visual and interaction design across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Team Leadership

  2. Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of UI/UX and graphic designers.

  3. Foster a collaborative and creative work culture.

  4. Conduct regular reviews and provide constructive feedback.

  5. Design Strategy & Execution

  6. Develop and implement design strategies aligned with business goals.

  7. Oversee creation of wireframes, prototypes, and visual mockups.

  8. Ensure all designs are user-focused, high quality, and on-brand.

  9. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  10. Work closely with product, tech, and marketing teams to align on goals.

  11. Present design ideas and updates to leadership and stakeholders.

  12. Maintain clear documentation of design systems and guidelines.

  13. User Experience Design

  14. Create intuitive, visually appealing, and consistent digital experiences.

  15. Conduct usability testing and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

  16. Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices.

  17. Project & Quality Management

  18. Manage multiple projects and timelines efficiently.

  19. Allocate team resources effectively and track progress.
  20. Ensure consistency and adherence to brand and quality standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 8–12 years of design experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design work.
  • Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and prototyping platforms.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in the beauty, fashion, or e-commerce industry is a plus.
