  1. Manpower Planning & Deployment

  2. Forecast manpower needs for 50+ client sites based on contracts and client requirements.

  3. Ensure timely recruitment, onboarding, and deployment of kitchen staff, supervisors, and support workers across 9 states.
  4. Maintain an updated manpower database and workforce planning chart.

  5. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  6. Source and hire skilled manpower (chefs, cooks, helpers, storekeepers, site managers).

  7. Develop state-wise recruitment channels and tie-ups (consultants, agencies, institutes).
  8. Ensure cost-effective hiring with minimum turnaround time.

  9. Compliance & Statutory Management

  10. Ensure adherence to all labour laws across states (PF, ESI, Minimum Wages, Shops & Establishments, CLRA, etc.).

  11. Maintain statutory registers and documentation for all sites.
  12. Liaise with government officials during inspections and audits.
  13. Ensure timely filing and payment of all statutory dues.

  14. Payroll & Attendance

  15. Oversee monthly payroll for example scale) employees across multiple sites.

  16. Implement biometric/attendance systems to reduce manual errors and absenteeism.
  17. Ensure accuracy of wage calculation, overtime, and statutory deductions.
  18. Disburse salaries only through approved digital channels (no cash payments).

  19. Employee Relations & Retention

  20. Develop employee grievance redressal system.

  21. Conduct regular site visits to monitor staff morale, discipline, and hygiene practices.
  22. Implement employee engagement programs to reduce attrition.
  23. Manage transfers, rotations, and settlements fairly and efficiently.

  24. Training & Development

  25. Conduct regular training programs for:

  26. Food safety & hygiene (FSSAI standards).
  27. Customer service and client interaction.
  28. Safety, fire-fighting, and emergency protocols.
  29. Create skill development plans for career growth of staff.

  30. Policy Implementation & Discipline

  31. Ensure 100% compliance with company policies:

  32. Zero cash transactions.
  33. No personal email/mobile/bank account usage for company work.
  34. Strict accountability and approvals.
  35. Standardize HR processes across all sites.

  36. Coordination & Client Support

  37. Act as HR contact point for client escalations related to manpower.

  38. Support business development with manpower proposals and cost structures.
  39. Ensure manpower is available at client sites without disruption to services.

  40. MIS & Reporting

  41. Prepare monthly HR dashboards:

  42. Headcount, new hires, attrition.
  43. Compliance status (PF, ESI, CLRA).
  44. Payroll accuracy and grievance resolution.
  45. Submit state-wise compliance and manpower reports to management.

  46. Team Management

  47. Lead regional HR executives/field officers.

  48. Train and monitor their performance.
  49. Build a responsive HR team to handle multi-state operations.
