Position Title: Business Transformation Program Manager (Executive)

Office – Program Management office ( PMO)

Location:

(and supporting other CxOs as needed)

Monitra Healthcare Private Limited:

Monitra Health is an R&D-centric company dedicated to developing and commercializing novel, disruptive AI-based technologies that address core unmet needs in the detection and prediction of heart rhythm disorders and other chronic diseases. The company's proprietary and patented technologies have gained global recognition for their world-leading performance, validated through international clinical trials and rapidly transforming existing standards of care. With proven commercial momentum—having monitored over 1.7 billion heartbeats—Monitra Health is now expanding globally with a clear vision to become the category leader of choice in its field.

Role Overview:

This is a
mission-critical leadership-track role
at the center of Monitra's transformation journey — designed for
analytical, execution-driven MBAs
who can bring structure, insight, and pace to scaling operations.

As part of the
COO Office and Transformation PMO
, you will act as the
nerve center
for strategic programs — integrating data-driven analytics, governance discipline, and cross-functional execution. You'll work closely with leadership to connect
effort with outcomes
, drive
strategic insights
, and ensure
accountability across initiatives
that define Monitra's scaling success.

This is not a coordination role — it's a
core transformation and analytics function
that ensures the organization's growth engine runs with precision, clarity, and measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Transformation PMO & Strategic Analytics

  • Anchor the
    Transformation PMO
, driving the structure, cadence, and analytics of Monitra's strategic initiatives.
  • Build and maintain
    effort–outcome dashboards
linking execution metrics to strategic goals.
  • Partner with leadership to define
key transformation KPIs, milestones, and interdependencies
    .
  • Conduct cross-functional analytics to identify risks, delays, and optimization opportunities.
  • Prepare
weekly COO dashboards, variance analyses, and impact briefs
    for decision-making.

2. Change Management & Governance

  • Drive alignment, communication, and adoption of transformation programs across business and technology units.
  • Create frameworks for consistent execution review and continuous improvement.
  • Lead governance meetings and ensure timely closure of action items across workstreams.
  • Serve as a control tower for strategic projects — ensuring clarity, discipline, and pace.

3. Strategic Execution & Leadership Reporting

  • Synthesize inputs from marketing, sales, operations, and tech into unified progress reports.
  • Track resource allocation, budget adherence, and outcome delivery metrics.
  • Prepare
    Board and Leadership Briefs
summarizing progress, key risks, and next steps.
  • Work hand-in-hand with the COO to translate strategy into structured operational plans.

4. Organizational Development & Events

  • Support manpower planning and organizational design during transformation phases.
  • Plan and execute
leadership offsites, transformation reviews, and strategic learning sessions.
  • Collaborate with HR and Marketing to reinforce Monitra's transformation culture through internal communication and events.

5. Execution Excellence

  • Own multiple projects end-to-end with a focus on clarity, pace, and measurable outcomes.
  • Build systems and dashboards that bring structure to a rapidly scaling organization.
  • Anticipate challenges, propose solutions, and keep the COO informed on risks and opportunities.
  • Lead with a growth mindset — drive impact, not just output.

Why This Role is a Career Accelerator:

  • Build the scaling muscle:
Learn first-hand how a start-up scales from foundation to international footprint.
  • Work directly with the COO:
Strategic exposure few roles offer this early in your career.
  • Be at the center of execution:
Strategy, operations, communication, and leadership support — all in one seat.
  • Real responsibility:
Lead initiatives that impact real outcomes, not just presentations.
  • Purpose with growth:
Join Monitra's mission to fight heart disease through technology and innovation.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • MBA or postgraduate from a Top-Tier Business School (IIM, ISB, XLRI, SPJIMR, or equivalent).
  • 1–3 years of experience
in consulting, strategy, operations, or project management.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in fast-moving, dynamic environments.
  • Proficient with modern productivity tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Notion, Asana, Jira, or similar).
  • Passionate about healthcare, innovation, and building at scale.

Personal Attributes:

  • High ownership and drive to create impact.
  • Structured thinker who thrives in ambiguity.
  • Confident communicator with executive presence.
  • Collaborative and adaptable; balances urgency with thoughtfulness.
  • Curious, proactive, and resilient — start-up DNA at its best.

Application Instructions:

This role offers accelerated learning, high visibility with leadership, and the opportunity to build a foundation for future roles in commercial, strategy, operations, or transformation leadership within the organization.
