Spa Manager – Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of our spa at Rawls Salon. The Spa Manager will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring excellent client experiences, and driving business growth through high service standards and efficient management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the spa.
  • Manage and lead spa therapists, reception staff, and support team.
  • Ensure top-quality service, client satisfaction, and complaint resolution.
  • Develop staff schedules, manage appointments, and monitor workflow.
  • Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards across the spa.
  • Train, guide, and motivate staff to achieve performance goals.
  • Monitor inventory, stock levels, and coordinate with vendors.
  • Plan and promote spa services, packages, and wellness programs.
  • Achieve revenue targets and contribute to business development.
  • Keep updated with industry trends and introduce new treatments/services.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Spa Manager or in a supervisory role in spa/salon/hospitality.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Knowledge of spa therapies, wellness trends, and client care.
  • Organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Diploma/Certification in spa management, hospitality, or wellness (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
