Job Title: Website Callback Expert

Role Overview

We are looking for energetic and detail-oriented Website Callback Experts to join our Website Team. In this role, you will act as the bridge between our clients and internal teams, ensuring that website requirements are understood, communicated, and delivered to the highest standard.

This position reports to the Website Team Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to clients to gather or clarify website requirements.

  • Handle client queries via WhatsApp and email in a professional and timely manner.

  • Document and communicate website update requests accurately to internal teams.

  • Review completed website tasks to ensure they meet client expectations.

  • Identify and escalate discrepancies or issues in delivered work.

  • Collaborate with designers and developers for resolutions and updates.

  • Maintain logs and task audits for accuracy and compliance.

  • Participate in training, team huddles, and process improvement discussions.

  • Work in rotational shifts aligned with UK and US time zones.

Required Skills

  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).

  • Strong phone etiquette and active listening.

  • Confidence in speaking with native English speakers (UK/US clients).

  • Ability to manage WhatsApp and email communication professionally.

  • Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Good time management and multitasking ability.

  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Photoshop, Illustrator is an advantage.

  • Ability to interpret client requirements and convey them clearly to internal teams.
