Getup Solutions is an Australia-based digital transformation and AI-driven marketing agency helping businesses grow through SEO, paid advertising, branding, CRM systems, automation, and performance marketing.

We are expanding our delivery team and looking for a
Digital Marketing Team Lead who can also manage client accounts
, act as the primary point of contact, and ensure strong client satisfaction and performance delivery for Australian clients.

Role Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Delivery

  • Lead and manage a team of digital marketers across SEO, paid ads, content, and social media
  • Assign tasks, track delivery, and monitor KPIs using
  • Review campaign execution, creatives, landing pages, and reports for quality and results
  • Coach, mentor, and upskill team members

Client & Account Management

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned Australian clients
  • Understand client business goals and translate them into marketing strategies
  • Conduct regular client calls, reviews, and performance discussions
  • Manage client expectations, timelines, and deliverables
  • Handle feedback, revisions, and escalations professionally

Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution

  • Plan, execute, and optimise Google, Meta, and LinkedIn advertising campaigns
  • Oversee SEO strategy, keyword planning, audits, and performance tracking
  • Monitor KPIs such as leads, CPL, ROAS, traffic, and conversions
  • Identify growth, optimisation, and upsell opportunities

Reporting & Coordination

  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports
  • Coordinate closely with Australian leadership and internal project managers
  • Ensure compliance with Australian market standards and quality benchmarks

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of experience in digital marketing (agency experience preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years in a Team Lead, Senior Digital, or Account Management role
  • Proven experience dealing directly with clients and managing accounts
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and analytics
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and internal teams simultaneously
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Experience working with Australian or international clients is a strong advantage
