Role & responsibilities

Working across a national client base, some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns
  • Assist in the day-to-day maintenance, content input and troubleshooting of digital platforms including website and marketing automation systems
  • Monthly/regular reporting on client funded marketing, email marketing and in-house digital media campaigns
  • As needed, support invoicing and recovery of funds from suppliers

Act as a guardian of the Colliers brand

Preferred candidate profile

Ideally you will have 2-6 years experience managing and executing paid digital media campaigns across various platforms.

In addition to that you will bring:

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, email marketing, Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
  • An understanding of marketing automation tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Hootsuite, or similar platforms.
  • Experience in managing campaign budgets and monitoring spend for campaigns.
  • High literacy with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook), Canva and web-based applications (e.g. Microsoft SharePoint and Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
  • Exceptional organization skills and an ability to deal with several projects concurrently while successfully working to deadlines.
  • Flexible, resourceful and proactive approach with the ability to produce results with minimal guidance.
