About the Internship

We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Automation Test Engineer Intern with foundational experience in Python and a passion for quality assurance. This internship offers hands-on exposure to automation frameworks, testing tools, and collaborative product development environments.

Interns will work closely with QA leads, developers, and product managers to support testing efforts and contribute to the stability of our software products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing and executing automated test scripts for web applications
  • Collaborate with QA and development teams to understand test strategies
  • Identify and report bugs with clarity and precision
  • Support maintenance of automation frameworks
  • Participate in release testing to ensure product quality

Required Skills

  • Basic experience or coursework in automation testing, preferably using Python
  • Familiarity with tools like Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress
  • Exposure to test frameworks such as Pytest or TestNG
  • Understanding of API testing using Postman or Python scripts
  • Knowledge of Git and CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions

Preferred Skills

  • Hands-on experience with Python-based automation
  • Familiarity with Git workflows and Docker
  • Interest in performance or security testing

Qualifications

  • Fresher who has recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Good communication and collaboration skills

Internship Structure

  • Duration: 3 months
  • Stipend: ₹10,000/month
  • Performance Clause: Intern performance will be critically evaluated throughout the internship. If performance is found to be below expectations, the internship may be discontinued at any stage.
