We're Hiring – Automation Test Engineer

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented
Automation Test Engineer
with strong expertise in
Pytest-BDD
and
Appium
. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test suites for both web and mobile applications, ensuring product quality and reliability through robust testing practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain BDD-style test automation frameworks using Pytest-BDD.
  • Create and execute automated test cases for Android using Appium.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA team members to ensure comprehensive coverage.
  • Analyze test results, track defects to closure, and contribute to test strategy and planning.
  • Support CI/CD pipeline integration and ensure test environments are maintained.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in test automation.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Python, Pytest, and Pytest-BDD.
  • Mobile automation expertise with Appium (Android).
  • Knowledge of BDD concepts (Gherkin syntax), QA methodologies, and Agile practices.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and test reporting tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred:

  • Familiarity with Docker.
  • Exposure to performance or security testing tools.

Location: Gurugram(Alternate Saturday working)
