Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Space planning and architectural design for residential and commercial projects.
  • Develop and execute detailed working drawings for construction.
  • Lead the selection of FF&E items ensuring quality and design coherence.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project teams to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Create and present design concepts, project plans, and presentations to clients.
  • Ensure all design work aligns with client specifications and building codes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in space planning, architectural detailing, and interior design.
  • Proficiency in detailing construction drawings.
  • Strong attention to detail, with an eye for creativity and innovation.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D modeling, and design software is a plus.
