Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in New Delhi. As a Barista at Before British Raj, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks, maintaining a clean workspace, and assisting in food preparation as needed. You will provide exceptional customer service, engage with customers, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will include managing inventory, following health and safety guidelines, and working as part of a team to deliver a high-quality experience for our customers.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Barista skills and Food Preparation
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication abilities
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent
