About Sambhav Group

We are a Real Estate Firm having various residential and commercial projects in Mumbai. We are looking for a Senior Engineer.

Role And Responsibilities

As a Senior Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all on-site activities. Your main focus will be to ensure the construction site is organized, safe, and compliant with regulatory requirements. You will also assist in the development of construction plans and schedules, coordinate with project managers to implement project plans effectively and monitor construction activities to ensure they meet quality standards. You will work closely with subcontractors, solve technical problems that may arise during construction, enforce safety protocols, and maintain accurate records of construction activities, Additionally, you will

cooperate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest possible standards.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in civil engineering or a related field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.

Strong knowledge of construction processes and techniques, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with different stakeholders are essential.
