Location: RemoteMode: RemoteExperience: 7+ years totalNotice Period- Immediate to 21 daysRole SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Azure Data Lead (Individual Contributor) with strong hands-on expertise in designing and managing high-volume, production-grade data pipelines using Microsoft Azure technologies.You will work with banking client to support enterprise-scale data transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate has deep experience in Azure Data Factory (ADF) and Azure Synapse, handling datasets exceeding 1TB, along with strong SQL (T-SQL) skills and real-world experience in ETL debugging, RCA, and production troubleshooting.Experience with PySpark, JSON/Parquet formats, CI/CD tools, and the BFSI domain will be a strong advantage.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement scalable data pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF).Manage data transformations and large-scale ingestion in Azure Synapse / Azure SQL DW.Develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes for full-load and incremental data strategies.Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and troubleshoot production workflows.Collaborate with DevOps teams for version control and deployment (Git, Azure DevOps).Work with structured and semi-structured data (JSON, Parquet).Ensure secure data access and governance across Azure services.Must-Have SkillsAzure Data Factory (ADF): Designed and deployed complex ADF pipelines (>1TB), using Lookup, ForEach, Copy activity, dynamic datasets, parameters, triggers, and failover/retry logic.Azure Synapse / Azure SQL DW: Managed multi-TB data, developed stored procedures/views, handled large-table ingestion and transformations.Azure Data Lake Gen2 (ADLS): Integrated ADLS as source/sink, managed folder access, and data layout design.SQL / T-SQL: Expert in joins, CTEs, stored procedures, indexing, and multi-layer data transformations.ETL Debugging / RCA: Skilled at issue tracing, log analysis, and RCA documentation.CI/CD (Git, Azure DevOps): Experience with Git branching, pull requests, and Agile tracking.Data Formats: Hands-on with JSON and Parquet transformations, schema-on-read concepts.Nice-to-Have SkillsAzure Databricks / PySparkPower BI (data modeling and reporting support)Azure Key Vault / Logic AppsLegacy Systems (SSIS / SAP BW / Teradata) integration or migration experienceJob Type: Full-timePay: ₹1,400, ₹1,500,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
