Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Resource Manager to join our Finance & Accounting Managed Services (FAMS) team. This role is pivotal in managing resource allocation, stakeholder coordination, and data-driven reporting to support efficient service delivery across client engagements.
Workload Distribution:
- 50% – Resource Allocation:
Strategically assign resources to client engagements based on skill sets, availability, and business priorities. Monitor utilization and optimize workforce deployment to ensure balanced workloads and high productivity. - 30% – Stakeholder Coordination:
Act as a central point of contact between internal stakeholders, clients, and leadership. Facilitate clear communication, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment on project timelines and staffing needs. - 20% – Power BI Dashboards & Reporting:
Design and maintain Power BI dashboards to track resource utilization, capacity planning, and performance metrics. Provide actionable insights to leadership through data visualization and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a dynamic resource allocation plan for the FAMS team.
- Collaborate with engagement leads to understand project requirements and timelines.
- Forecast future resource needs based on pipeline and ongoing engagements.
- Generate and present reports on utilization, availability, and performance.
- Partner with HR and recruitment to address staffing gaps and support talent development.
- Continuously improving resource management processes and tools.
- Ensure timely updates and accuracy of Power BI dashboards and reporting tools.
- Coordination with ISMS core team to support ISMS activities and implantation strategies at the company.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in resource management, workforce planning, or project coordination, preferably in a Managed Services, professional services or accounting environment.
- Strong understanding of accounting services and client engagement models.
- Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and resource management tools.
- Excellent communication, organizing, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in a matrixed organization.
- Familiarity with KPIs related to resource utilization and project delivery.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
