Job Requirement

  1. Reporting

  2. Daily Progress of Showroom infrastructure with Proper update and timeline of completion.

  3. Month-end activation report on Infrastructure, Signage & Furniture for management review

  4. Approval & Follow Ups

  5. Taking Approvals from Sr/Management for drawings, signages and Furniture.

  6. Approval & Follow Ups Regularly Updating status of ongoing and upcoming showroom projects.

  7. Dealer Co-ordination

  8. Communicating with dealers for clarifications on drawings and design details

  9. Dealer Co-ordination - Sharing final layouts, color codes, ceiling, and signage details with dealers

  10. On Site Report

  11. Addressing site-specific issues by coordinating between dealer, vendor, and internal team.

  12. Ensuring brand compliance at site level during execution.

  13. Furniture/Signage

  14. Coordinating with vendors for manufacturing and dispatching showroom furniture.

  15. Ensuring delivery and installation schedule aligns with site readiness.
  16. Handling main board signage drawings, approvals, and execution follow-up.
  17. Coordinating with vendors for site measurements, fabrication, and installation.

  18. Ensuring delivery and installation schedule aligns with site.

  19. Vendor Management & Onboarding

  20. Maintaining record of vendor payments and following up for clearances.

  21. Hiring and scouting vendors for signage and furniture across regions
  22. Sharing drawings, creative details, and BOQs with vendors for execution

  23. Following up for timely submission of estimates/quotes

  24. Showroom Layout & Interior Planning -

  25. Finalizing showroom layouts within defined timeline.

  26. Preparing, checking, and releasing showroom drawings as per Vastu/dealer requirements.

  27. Maintaining proper record of all approved and released drawings

  28. Vendor Payments Prepare PO and get approval along with readiness photographs and release the Vendor payment on time.Role & responsibilities
