Job summary

The Project Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the delivery of Professional Services projects across the AMS, EMEA, and APAC regions. This individual will assist the Senior Project Manager in ensuring projects are executed efficiently, on schedule, and to a high standard of quality.

What you will do

Ability to assist in coordinating multiple concurrent IT service delivery projects across regionsSupport the Senior Project Manager in planning, organizing, and tracking project delivery activities.Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and documentation of project actions, decisions, and risks.Maintain and update project plans, risk logs, and status reports under guidance.Track and report on project milestones, timelines, and deliverables.Support the management of project budgets, timesheets, and invoicing processes.Help ensure adherence to project governance standards and quality requirements.Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and customers to gather updates and support smooth communication.Assist in resource planning and coordination with cross-functional teams.Participate in post-project reviews and contribute to identifying areas for process improvement.Provide administrative and operational support to the Professional Services team as needed.

What you will have

1+ years of experience in a coordination, administration, or project support role (preferred but not essential).years of experience in a coordination, administration, or project support role (preferred but not essential).Working knowledge or interest in IT service delivery and cybersecurity solutions.Basic understanding of PKI or digital certificate management concepts (training will be provided).Exposure to the full project lifecycle — from initiation to delivery — in any technical or business environment.Experience working in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary organization.Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.

Nice to have

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients.Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools such as Agile (Scrum, Kanban), Confluence, Jira, Salesforce, Microsoft Project or RocketlaneSome experience or academic background related to project coordination, administration, or IT/software delivery.The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, process-driven, and proactive in coordinating tasks, tracking deliverables, and communicating with stakeholders.
