Deputy Manager - Debt Management Services - Consumer 

Job Purpose 

This position is open with Bajaj Finance Ltd.

Duties and Responsibilities- Achieve collection targets of the respective branch assigned, ensuring PI (Performance Indicator) targets are met.
- Meet target on cost of collections, ensuring PI targets are achieved within specified cost limits on a monthly basis.
- Ensure legal guidelines are complied with for the entire collection structure in letter and spirit.
- Ensure that collection agencies and executives adhere to the applicable legal guidelines.
- Ensure adherence to the Code of Conduct.
- Continuously monitor collection agencies and collection executives to identify fraudulent practices and ensure no loss is incurred due to such activities.

- Negotiation skills.
- Strong bias for action and driving results in a high-performance environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead from the front.
- Excellent relationship skills.

- Exceptionally high motivational levels and must be a self-starter.
- Working knowledge of computers.
