What You'll Do

As a
Senior Mobile Engineer / Mobile Lead
, you'll be responsible for architecting, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications that deliver seamless user experiences across platforms.

You'll collaborate directly with the
Founder/CEO
, drive innovation, and help build a top-tier tech team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop innovative, scalable mobile applications using
    Flutter (Dart)
    .
  • Build and integrate native features for
    iOS and Android
    platforms.
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and cross-functional teams.
  • Conduct
    code reviews
    and maintain best practices for clean, efficient code.
  • Optimize application performance and ensure app responsiveness.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve mobile app issues.
  • Guide and mentor junior developers.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and frameworks.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Computer Science
    , Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4+ years
    of hands-on mobile app development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in
    Flutter
    and
    Dart
    .
  • Experience with
    BLOC
    ,
    Provider
    , or
    Riverpod
    for state management.
  • Solid background in
    iOS (Swift/Objective-C)
    and
    Android (Java/Kotlin)
    .
  • Strong understanding of mobile architecture, REST APIs, and performance optimization.
  • Familiarity with
    Git
    and collaborative workflows.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
