About the Role

We are looking for a Mobile Developer who can take end-to-end ownership of mobile products and work on the right tech stack based on client and product requirements.

You may work across:

Flutter

Native iOS (Swift)

Native Android (Kotlin/Java)

React Native (if needed)

This is a hands-on, on-site role, working closely with founders, clients, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality mobile solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and scale mobile applications using the appropriate tech stack for each project (Flutter, Swift, Kotlin, Java, React Native).

Take full responsibility for feature development — planning, coding, testing, delivery, and post-launch fixes.

Collaborate with product, design, and AI/ML teams to design user-centric mobile experiences.

Write clean, reusable code with proper architecture (MVVM, Clean Architecture, modular patterns).

Integrate REST APIs, GraphQL, WebSockets, native SDKs, and third-party libraries.

Implement platform-specific features when required (permissions, sensors, notifications, etc.).

Participate actively in CI/CD workflows: code reviews, automated testing, and deployment pipelines.

Debug and resolve performance or memory issues efficiently.

Collaborate with AI/ML teams to build features powered by LLMs, intelligent automation, and AI-based decision systems.

Use AI productivity tools (Cursor Pro, ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) to deliver faster and better-quality results.

Requirements

2–3 years of experience with mobile development in iOS and/or Android.

Strong experience in at least one primary mobile stack (Flutter / Swift / Kotlin).

Ability to quickly pick up and work on other mobile frameworks when required.

Solid understanding of:

Mobile architecture patterns

State management

Modular app structure

Offline storage and caching

Experience integrating APIs and implementing real-world features end-to-end.

Strong Git knowledge and experience with collaborative workflows.

Proactive, ownership mindset — can take requirements and deliver without hand-holding.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering is a bonus, not mandatory.

Good to Have

Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Messaging, Crashlytics).

Experience with LLMs, AI automations, or integrating AI-powered features.

CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Bitrise, etc.

Experience working directly with clients or handling product ownership.

Knowledge of React Native or Flutter Web (optional but beneficial).
