  • Service Delivery: Perform advanced spa treatments, including massages, facials, body wraps, and other wellness therapies.
  • Client Consultation: Assess guest needs, discuss medical history and allergies, and recommend suitable treatments and products to promote comfort and satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership & Training: Guide and mentor junior therapists, provide training sessions to maintain service standards, and contribute to team motivation.
  • Operational Support: Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in treatment rooms and workstations, manage inventory of supplies and equipment, and report maintenance issues.
  • Health & Safety: Adhere to strict health, hygiene, and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
  • Marketing & Sales: Promote spa services and products, up-sell additional treatments, and participate in promotional activities.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed client records, including treatment history, post-treatment recommendations, and progress notes.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor service quality, gather client feedback, and implement improvements to meet industry standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
