At IBL Salon & Spa, we believe beauty is an art and every client deserves to feel confident, stylish, and cared for. We are looking for a passionate and talented Senior Hair Dresser to join our team and bring creativity, expertise, and leadership to our salon.
Your Role:
- Deliver expert haircuts, styling, coloring, and treatments
- Stay updated with the latest hair trends & techniques
- Provide personalized consultations to clients
- Mentor & guide junior stylists for professional growth
- Ensure an excellent client experience with every visit
We're Looking For:
4–6 years of salon experience
Strong skills in cutting, coloring & styling
Knowledge of modern trends (balayage, keratin, highlights, etc.)
Great communication & client-handling ability
Leadership skills to support and train junior staff
