Internship- Client Account Management Intern

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships.
  • Address client inquiries and ensure timely communication.

Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Work with creative, strategy, and media teams to align campaigns with client goals.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, reports, and campaign briefs.
  • Oversee campaign execution, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.

Account Growth & Upselling

  • Identify opportunities for additional services to enhance client success.
  • Support in preparing pitches and presentations for business expansion.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and campaign progress.
  • Prepare performance reports with insights for continuous improvement.

Collaboration & Teamwork

  • Work closely with the Client Account Manager to drive account strategies.
  • Support cross-functional teams for seamless client servicing.

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.

Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is a plus.
