Role & responsibilities
Prepare accurate cost estimates for signage projects (indoor, outdoor, 3D, LED, acrylic, vinyl, etc.).
Analyze client requirements, drawings, and specifications to determine material, labor, and production costs.
Source quotations from suppliers and vendors for raw materials, printing, fabrication, and installation.
Maintain and update costing database for signage materials, vendor rates, and labor charges.
Work closely with Sales & Design teams to provide timely costing support for proposals and tenders.
Ensure cost sheets and quotations are prepared within given deadlines.
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality.
Support in negotiations with vendors to get competitive pricing.
Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and maintain cost comparison sheets.
Coordinate with Production & Project teams for actual vs. estimated cost analysis.
Preferred candidate profile
Graduate/Diploma in any field (preferably in Design/Engineering/Commerce).
24 years of experience in signage, printing, fabrication, or related industry.
Strong knowledge of signage materials, printing techniques, fabrication processes, and installation methods.
Good negotiation and vendor management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, cost sheets, and basic documentation.
Attention to detail, accuracy in costing, and ability to work under deadlines.
