Job Position: - Senior Software Developer

Location: Head Office, Varanasi

Salary: Based on industry norms

Experience: 6-10 years and above

About the Role:

A highly skilled software architect responsible for designing and implementing scalable, modular, and maintainable software systems. This role involves defining technical specifications, developing high-quality code, and ensuring best practices in areas like Test-Driven Development, security, and extensibility. The individual will lead code reviews, provide feedback, and mentor developers, ensuring adherence to design patterns and coding standards. Additionally, the role focuses on identifying and mitigating technical risks related to server architecture and proactively proposing solutions to address potential issues in the software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define software architecture and create technical specifications for a scalable, modular, and maintainable Design.
  • Identify strategic and tactical coding solutions to complex business problems.
  • Develop quality code with documentation following Best Practices like Test Driven Design, Unit Testing, Code Readability, Extensibility, and Security into the application architecture.
  • Design, develop, and deploy modular solutions.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to developers. Ensure code quality, and adherence to design patterns and best practices.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks in software development projects by identifying potential issues and proposing solutions to mitigate future issues with respect to server architecture.

What We're Looking For:

Qualification: B.Tech, MCA

Experience: 6 years and above

Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in C#, .NET, ASP.NET 6.0, MVC architecture
  • Experience with Ajax, Bootstrap, CSS, JavaScript
  • Strong knowledge of SQL Server and web development best practices
  • Hands-on experience in developing, testing, and deploying scalable solutions.
