Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a City Head in Varanasi. The City Head will oversee city operations, develop and implement strategic plans to grow market presence, and manage cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals. Responsibilities include fostering client relationships, monitoring team performance, analyzing growth opportunities, and ensuring timely project delivery. The City Head will also act as a liaison between the corporate leadership and the local team to maintain alignment with the company's goals and objectives.

• Strong strategic planning, market analysis, and operational management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship-building skills.
• Understanding of IT solutions, project management, and business expansion techniques.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, or a related field.
• Experience in IT or technology-related businesses is a plus.
