Key Responsibilities

1. Blood Collection

  • Collect blood samples from donors in a safe, hygienic, and comfortable manner.
  • Follow proper donor screening and phlebotomy protocols.

2. Laboratory Testing

  • Perform essential tests including blood typing, disease screening, and cross-matching.
  • Ensure compatibility between donor and recipient blood prior to transfusion.

3. Inventory & Quality Control

  • Manage and monitor blood supply, including labeling and storage.
  • Track expiration dates and adhere to quality and regulatory standards.

4. Documentation

  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of blood collection, testing procedures, and inventory levels.
  • Ensure all documentation meets hospital and regulatory requirements.

5. Equipment Maintenance

  • Calibrate, clean, and maintain laboratory instruments and diagnostic equipment.
  • Report any equipment issues promptly to maintain operational efficiency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
