A. Qualifications:

DMLT (2-year diploma) or BMLT (3-year degree) from a recognized institution is required

Certificate in phlebotomy and infection control (Preferred)

Practical lab or clinical experience and strong patient communication skills are essential

B. Salary

Starting compensation from ₹15,000 to ₹20,000 per month depending on experience and certifications

*Additional pay or incentives possible for specialized duties, experience, or extra responsibilities
