About the Role

We are seeking an experienced
ServiceNow Architect
to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. This role is ideal for someone with deep platform expertise, strong architectural vision.


Primary ServiceNow Skills (Must-Have)

  • Telecom - TSM, OMT, SOMT, TNI
  • Non Telecom - ITSM,CSM,ITOM,CMDB


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the
    technical authority
    for ServiceNow architecture and platform best practices.
  • Define and drive the
    platform strategy, roadmap, governance
    , and design standards.
  • Lead implementation across various modules including
    ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, SecOps
    , and custom apps.
  • Ensure platform
    scalability, performance, security
    , and seamless integrations.
  • Conduct solution design workshops, architecture reviews, and governance sessions.
  • Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate needs into scalable solutions.
  • Mentor ServiceNow developers and admins; enforce technical excellence.
  • Stay current with latest ServiceNow releases, trends, and marketplace solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with
    enterprise architecture, ITIL
    , and security best practices.


Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of IT experience; 8+ years dedicated to ServiceNow.
  • Strong expertise with
    ITSM
    and at least
    two
    modules (ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, GRC, SecOps).
  • Proven experience with ServiceNow
    integrations
    (REST, SOAP, APIs, MID Servers).
  • Strong scripting skills:
    JavaScript, Glide, Flow Designer
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    CMDB, Discovery
    , and data modeling.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.


Preferred Qualifications

  • ServiceNow certifications:
    CSA, CIS (multiple modules), CAD, CTA
    .
  • Experience with
    Agile/Scrum
    methodologies.
  • Exposure to cloud ecosystems:
    AWS, Azure, GCP
    .
