Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

1. Development & Delivery

Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications using MongoDB, , , and (MERN Stack).

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices.

Ensure application performance, security, and responsiveness across platforms.

  1. Client Interaction

Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable technical tasks.

Provide technical solutions aligned with project goals and timelines.

Participate in client meetings, demos, and progress updates.

Serve as the technical point of contact for assigned projects.

  1. Team Handling & Collaboration

Mentor and guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to standards.

Collaborate with design, QA, and project management teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Manage sprint planning, task allocation, and progress tracking using Agile methodologies.

  1. Individual Contribution

Contribute as a hands-on developer while balancing leadership responsibilities.

Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues independently.

Suggest improvements in architecture, development process, and tooling proactively.

Skills & Qualifications

Strong expertise in MERN Stack (MongoDB, , , ).

Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.

Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end libraries.

Proficient in version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Experience with Agile methodologies, sprint planning, and task management tools (Jira, Trello).

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Proven experience in client-facing roles and team management.

Nice to Have

Exposure to DevOps practices, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Experience with unit testing and integration testing frameworks.

Knowledge of performance optimization and scalability strategies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11, ₹100,000.00 per month
