Job Title: MERN Stack Developer & Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

As a MERN Stack Developer:

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using MongoDB, , , and
  • Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
  • Collaborate with the design and backend teams to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Debug, test, and deploy applications in production environments.
  • Stay updated with the latest web technologies and frameworks.

As a Trainer / Mentor:

  • Conduct interactive sessions and live classes for students on MERN Stack technologies.
  • Prepare learning materials, assignments, and mini-projects.
  • Guide students through hands-on coding practices and project work.
  • Resolve technical queries and provide mentorship support.
  • Evaluate students' performance and help them improve their coding skills.

Required Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), , , , MongoDB.
  • Understanding of Git/GitHub, API development, and version control.
  • Familiarity with deployment tools (Heroku, Netlify, AWS, etc.) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (for training part).
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to explain complex concepts simply.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / IT or equivalent.
  • Relevant certification or project experience in MERN Stack preferred.
