Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Executive. The primary responsibilities include identifying and generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, managing accounts, and developing new strategies to achieve business growth. The role requires frequent communication with clients and internal teams to understand customer needs and ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

  • Experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation, with proven ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
  • Skills in Account Management, maintaining relationships with current clients, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams and liaise with clients.
  • Knowledge of business principles and market strategies in IT or related industries.
  • Ability to work independently, with self-motivation and excellent time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and other relevant business development software is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
